Cancellation & Refund Policy – Tang Coffee Drip Coffee Bags

At Tang Coffee, we want you to enjoy your coffee with confidence. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation and up to 14 days after your delivery date.

No-Hassle Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your subscription or order, simply contact us within the cancellation period. We’ll take care of the rest—no need to send anything back unless we specifically request it.

Refunds

If your order qualifies for cancellation, we’ll issue a full refund for the price paid for your drip coffee bags and subscription. Refunds will also include delivery charges, up to the value of our standard shipping rate.

Refunds are processed using your original payment method and are typically completed within 14 days of confirming your cancellation.

Damaged or Faulty Coffee?

Quality is everything to us. If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please get in touch right away. We’ll put it right quickly—either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
